Taking advantage of a few circumstances from recent weeks, I am going deep on self-improvement and have upgraded my 7-year-old Apple Watch, bought sweat-proof fitness earphones, procured more kitchen equipment - and finally - obtained a dining table. Phew.

At the weekend I went to a friend’s house for wagyu and to learn how to make sushi. It was all tasty, and towards the end of the day we started getting creative with the fusion, resulting in an unholy combination of wagyu, sushi and doritos. Reader: It worked.
Sunday evening marks the start of a days-long experiment involving yeast. Wish me luck.
