Dorstone is a wonderful cheese. Probably the fastest I will ever go from trying to buying.
Managed ~40000 steps between the assorted markets of East London.
The last time I ate cheese from a tube, it made me want to throw up - but at Scandi Kitchen I discovered Fjällbrynt Ädelost which is surprisingly really good.
